As all of our products are handmade, please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed before dispatch. During new product launches, sales, or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

We ship Australia-wide using trusted postal services.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery within Ballarat, Victoria.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly advertised on our website when available.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

Oli & Rye Co. cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to have it resent.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will gladly assist you in lodging an enquiry with the shipping provider and work with you to resolve the issue.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

If the damage is confirmed, we will happily replace the affected product at no additional cost.
